-----------------------------

Ethelmae was the loving wife of Jack Greenley and the loving mother of three daughters; Jennifer, Becky and Susan.

She was born on March twenty-fifth 1929 to Lars and Dorthea Johnson in Comfry, Minnesota.

She was a graduate of St. Olaf college and did post graduate work at the University of Iowa where she met and married Jack.

Ethel, which she wished to be called, had a twenty-five year career as a therapist for disturbed children in a residential treatment center. Her maternal nature and compassion changed the lives of many needful children.

Although she was dedicated to her important career her family always came first. She was a devoted wife and Mother. The gift of her love lives on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. She is greatly missed.

We who were loved by her feel blessed by having had the gift of her presence for a lifetime. She was a near perfect model for our three daughters who exude her love and compassion. God bless you my life long lover, pal and partner.

Ethel passed away on August first 2008 during heart surgery at the Mayo hospital in Scotsdale, Arizona.

God bless her soul.
