Paul E. Dunn, age 69, of Fort Collins, Colo., formerly of Prescott, died at McKee Medical Center Hospice Unit, in Loveland, Colo., on
Dec. 6, 2005, from complications of a recent illness.

Mr. Dunn was born Jan. 4, 1936, in Portland, Maine, the son of George and Beverly Dunn.

He served four years in the United States Air Force from Dec. 1953 to Aug. 1954 in Tripoli, Libya, North Africa and from Aug. 1954 to June
1955, in Casa Blanca, French Morocco, and was honorably discharged in 1957.

He worked as a research engineer for Lockheed Space and Missiles Corp, Sunnyvale, Calif, for 33 years, until his retirement in 1990.

He married Suzanne Carney on Aug. 27, 1972, in Sunnyvale, Calif.

He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Dunn; his children, Debra James of
Concord, Ohio, Ruth Yaeger of Folsom, Calif., Rebecca Dunn of Windham, Ohio, Rhonda Bertram of San Jose, Calif., and Rhondee Striegel of Sacramento, Calif.; two sisters, Barbara Washburn of Woodland, Wash., and Beverly Miner of Cumberland, Maine; life long friend, George Mckay of San Jose, Calif.; grandchildren, Jared, Brandon, Stephanie Y., Jessica, Kenny, Nicole, Stephanie S., and Kimberly; and one great granddaughter, Madison. He also leaves behind many friends at the
American Legions Post #6 in Prescott.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
