Barbara June (Henthorn) Lindstrom

Barbara June Lindstrom passed into eternal life on Nov. 28, 2005. She was born in Chicago, Ill., April 11, 1917, to Edwin and Jessie
(Johnson) Henthorn.

She married the love of her life, Morris John Lindstrom, July 3, 1937, in Geneva, Ill. They lived in the Chicago area until 1947, when they moved their family to the Verde Valley where Morris and Barbara owned
the Verde Hardware Store in Cottonwood. In 1956, the family moved to Phoenix where they raised their five children.

Barbara's life was centered on her husband and five children, then her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her home was always open to
anyone, and her wonderful cooking was appreciated by family and friends.

Barbara was active in the Assistance League and the Phoenix Theatre Guild in Phoenix, Ariz.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband Morris; their eldest son, Jon; a sister, Althea Weiss; and her brother, Lincoln Henthorn.

She is survived by a sister, Marilyn Miller of Michigan; children, Karen Hatch (Frank) of Green River, Wyoming, Susan Bricker (Jim) of
Prescott, April Bonney (Richard) of Aurora, Ohio, Morris J. Lindstrom Jr. (Mary) of Springfield, Ore.; grandchildren, Brett Johnson (Mary)
of Wyoming, Ramona Bean (Matt) of Texas, Brandon Bonney (Amy) of Prescott, Chris Bonney of Ohio, Mike Bricker (Shannon) of Bagdad, Ariz., Jennifer Polanchak (Steven) of Chino Valley, Ariz., Brian James
(Geri) of California and Mindy James of Nevada; and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service for Barbara will be held at American Lutheran Church,
on Dec. 11, 2005, at 2 p.m., with Dr. Daniel Storvick officiating.
