Mary Angeline (Catone) Scaglione

Mary Angeline Scaglione, 86, died Thursday, Dec. 29, 2005, at Pinecrest Care Center in Prescott. She was born Aug. 21, 1919, in Girard, Ohio,
the daughter of Ralph and Caroline (Farina) Catone.

Mary was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Moose. She enjoyed bowling, cooking Italian food, and taking care of her grandchildren and her bird Bengie. Mary was a true lover of animals.

Mary was proud of her many bowling trophies and her Italian spaghetti sauce.

Mary is survived by her loving and caring husband of 65 years, Angelo J.; her children, Marguerite Stephenson and Angela Renee Woolman, both of Prescott; brother and sister-in-law, Angelo and Betty Catone of Viana, Ohio; sisters, Pauline Ezzo, Theresa Trebella and Philamina Sidnik. She
is also survived by her sister-in-law, Jeanette Catone; grandchildren, Jimmy, Jonnie, Jody, Justin, Jeana, Josh, Danny, Bobby, Chip, Jason and David; and her great-grandchildren, Jorie, Jayden, Ashley, Samuel and
April-May.

Mary was predeceased by her parents, daughter JoAnn Schubert who died
in 1992, and brothers, Joe, Frank, Quimby and John Catone.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carieton streets in Prescott. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury St., Prescott, with the Rev. Richard DeTore, CMF, presiding. Final commendation and farewell will be at 12:30
p.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott, Ariz.

The family suggests contributions in Mary's name to the Northern Arizona
Alzheimer's Association, 225 Grove Ave., Suite B, Prescott, Az., 86301.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
