The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, January 11, 2006 Patrick Joseph O'Donnell, 58, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Oct. 11, 1947, died Friday, Jan. 6, 2006, in Prescott Valley. A celebration of Patrick's life will take place at a later date. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home. ---------------------------------------------- The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, January 15, 2006 Patrick (Chip) O'Donnell went to be with God January 6, 2006. Chip was born in Urbana, Illinois, October 11, 1947. Chip attended Port Huron Jr. College in Michigan. He proudly served in the United States Army, being discharged in 1969. Chip toured the coffee house circuit playing his guitar and singing. Chip moved to Tucson, Arizona, in 1973. He had been diagnosed with a condition similar to muscular dystrophy. He moved to Prescott Valley in 1984. Chip thanked God for every day he lived. Chip is survived by his wife, Terry; stepchildren, Annette Clark and Anthony Clement; granddaughter, Kelsey Clark; brothers, Paul and Phil Coultas and Kevin and John O'Donnell. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Family suggests memorials in Chip's name to Disabled American Veterans, 750 N 5th St., Prescott, Ariz., 86301 Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel served the family.
