| Samuel O'Dell Blevins, 74, of Peoria, a retired engineer, died Dec. 25, 1999. He was born in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Survivors include his wife, Louise daughter, Carolyn L. son, David Odell sisters, Juanita BREEDLOVE, Lee MARSHALL and Mary BRADSHAW four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
