| Wilfred ''Fritz'' Bultman, 68, of New Auburn, Wisconsin, a retired maintenance engineer, died Dec. 23, 1999. He was born in Minnesota. Survivors include his wife, Arlene daughters, Betty and Denise sons, Ronald, Donnley and Mark brother, Delbert; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services were held in Minnesota.
