Roxana Marie Gifford Cheatum, 91, of Scottsdale, a homemaker, died Dec. 27, 1999. She was born in Ellis, Kansas. Survivors include her daughters, Cherrylee WILLIAMS and Carole GALEN; brother, Gerald GIFFORD; seven grandchildren seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
