| Charles Ernest Davis, 82, of Phoenix, a retired credit manager, died Dec. 26, 1999. He was born in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania. Survivors include his wife, Faye; daughter, Brenda MILLER; stepdaughter, Linda VALUKAS stepsons, Brian and David MANN and four grandchildren. Services have been held. Hansen Chapel.
