| Juan Rodriguez, 48, of Phoenix, a bus boy, died Dec. 21, 1999. He was born in Mexico. Survivors include his wife, Petra; daughters, Juanita and Mayra; sons, Angel and Leonel; mother, Natividad; sisters, Augustina, Juanita and Maria de la Luz and brothers, Marcelino, Moises, Miguel, Natividad, Rodolfo, Ramon, Jose and Ismael. Services: Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 909 W. Washington St., Phoenix, with visitation at Universal Memorial Center, 1100 E. Jefferson St., Phoenix.
