| Charles R. Sirois, 54, of Phoenix, a manufacturing representative, died Dec. 25, 1999. He was born in Pawtucket, R.I., and was a Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Linda; daughters, Jo Lyn MUELLER and Denise ICARD; son, Joseph GALAS; parents, Nora and Charles brother, Edward and four grandchildren.
