| SOTO, Dulcine C. Dulcine C. Soto, 68, of Phoenix, a homemaker, died Dec. 26, 1999. She was born in Flagstaff. Survivors include her daughters, Nancy GOMEZ, Eleanor ABRIL, Sylvia LUJAN and Vivian MARTINEZ; son, Eddie MESQUITA; sisters, Alice ESTRELLA, Desi GUTIERREZ and Mary HERNANDEZ; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
