| R. Dwight Bowen, 55, of Phoenix, a senior vice president of a title company, died Dec. 26, 1999. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. Survivors include his wife, Susan E.; sons, Brent Richard and John Robert; parents, Bess and Richard; sister, Bonnie Lee MOOREMAN and three grandchildren. Services: La Casa de Cristo Lutheran Church, 6300 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. Contributions: Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E.
