Melba Lloyd Chatwin, 87, of Phoenix, a retired piano teacher, died Dec. 27, 1999. She was born in Richfield, Utah. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth C.; daughters, Rita MITCHELL, Kathryn JOSSIE and Mel; sister, Olive HARRIS; brother, Jonathan LLOYD; seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4748 W. Orangewood Ave., Glendale. Services: at the church.
