Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements ---------------------------------------- Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, August 22, 2008 Alick Kennedy Sowers, 84, died on July 16, 2008, at Bob Stump VA Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz. Alick was born on Feb. 14, 1924, in Thomas, W.Va., to Charles F. and Katherine (Magettigan) Sowers. An inurnment will be 12:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25, 2008, for Mr. Sowers at the Prescott National Cemetery in Prescott, with military honors. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to General Post Fund 9007 VA Medical Center Volunteer Services, 500 Highway 89, Prescott, Az., 86313. Information provided by survivors. |
