| Philip L. Mahr, 92, of Tempe, a field representative for Borden Co., died Dec. 25, 1999. He was born in Corning, Iowa. Survivors include his wife, Belva; daughter, Phyllis Meyer; sons, Don and Bob; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation: Tempe Mortuary, 405 E. Southern Ave., Tempe.
