| Billie Ann Neff, 65, of Apache Junction, a homemaker, died Dec. 24, 1999. He was born in Paulding, Ohio. Survivors include her husband, Chester; daughters, Monica Taylor, Sheree Tautimez, Marta Slater and Sheena Gray; son, Scott; sisters, Susan Creel and Marcia Dalessandro; brothers, Richard Jr. and Bob Sellers 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
