| The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ November 11, 2008 Vincent Ryan Romero, 29, was called home to our Father in Heaven Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, in St. Johns. Vincent was born Sept. 11, 1979, in Lakeside to LeRoy Romero and Liz Castillo. Vince was known to all as an avid outdoorsmen, who loved hunting, coyote calling and spending time in nature. His bright smile and joking nature endeared him to all he encountered. His life was full of love and joy and he will be missed by all. He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Romero of St. Johns; son Christian Romero of St. Johns; daughter Faith Chavez Romero of Tucson; father LeRoy Romero of St. Johns; mother Liz Castillo of St. Johns; sisters, Franchesca Romero and (Ryon Scarbrough) of St. Johns; Michelle and (Alex) Schaper of Panama; niece and nephew Nathalia and Jacob Scarbrough of St. Johns; and many other family members. A Rosary was held Sunday, Nov. 9, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in St. Johns. A Funeral Mass was held Monday, Nov. 10, also at the church.
