| John Wright Blair, born December 28, 1994, passed away peacefully at his home in Mesa on November 8, 2004. John is survived by his parents, Jay and Julie Blair; siblings Jim and Jessica; grandmothers, Nelda Blair and Jeanne Wright; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. In his short ten years on earth, John set an example of courage, perseverance, patience, kindness, and love. He was an inspiration to everyone who knew him. The family expresses its sincere gratitude and appreciation to all the wonderful nurses, therapists, doctors and family members who helped to make John's stay on this earth more comfortable.
