| Justin Rogge, 23, of Phoenix passed away January 1, 2004. He was born on May 30, 1980 in Phoenix. Justin was a North High School graduate and received his Associate Degree from the Art Institute of Phoenix in Culinary Arts. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Rogge, sister, Corina, brother, Brandon, grandparents, Edwin and Viola Rogge and Dorothea Miller. A Memorial Service was held Saturday, January 10, 2004, A.L. Moore Grimshaw Bethany Chapel, 710 W. Bethany Home Road. Memorial contributions may be made to H.A.L.O. Animal Rescue, P.O.
