Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, September 16, 2008 Sally Ann Butterfield died suddenly at 51 on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008, at her home in Prescott, Ariz. Sally was born Oct. 6, 1956, in Cleveland, Ohio, the second of seven children raised by Mary and Bronczek Casmir She graduated from South High School in 1974, served in the Navy from 1974 to 1977 and then, in 1989, went on to graduate from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Nursing, a profession she served nobly until her death. She is survived by her husband William; and children Billy, Sean and Sheila, for whom Sally’s highest hope was solidarity and love. This was her greatest gift and, now, her family’s greatest comfort; with them her memory will forever remain. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008, at the VA Medical Center chapel for all who would like to attend. Information provided by survivors. |
