| Eddie (Dusty) Fields was born Nov.5, 1947 to Eddie & Helen Fields nee (Lewis) he passed away on Aug. 26, 2001 in Salt Lake City, Ut. Eddie served in the U.S. Army in 1969-70 in Viet-Nam. He left behind his wife Paula,a son Eddie Jr.,daughter Mary Brawner, and four grand-children Amanda Fields, Ashley Germano, Adam Fields & Amber Smith. |
