Ruth M. Bair, 90, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 5, 1918, in Wooster, Ohio, passed away Sept. 22, 2008, in Prescott, Ariz.

Memorial services are pending and will be announced at a later date.

Heritage Memory Mortuary assisted the family with final arrangements.

Ruth M. Bair, 90, of Prescott, Ariz., passed away on Sept. 22, 2008.

She was the widow of Harold D. Bair and is survived by sister Jean Stevenson; brother Phil Thomas; daughters Judy Cherry (Mike), Peggy Bair (Doug McInroe) and Patricia Rendon (Fernando); son Phil Bair (Cheryl); eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Ruth taught elementary school for many years in Centerville, Ohio, and has lived in Prescott for 33 years. Ruth was a kind and thoughtful person and loved everyone she met. She will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008, at the American Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1085 Scott Dr., Prescott, Ariz., 86301. Donations in her memory may be made to the music department at that church or to Good Samaritan Society Prescott Hospice, 1065 Ruth St., Prescott, Ariz., 86301.

The family entrusted Heritage Memory Mortuary with the arrangements.
