| Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, October 3, 2008 Arlene Ruth Crumley, 55, of Prescott, Ariz., born Nov. 4, 1952, in Hackensack, N.J., passed away Oct. 1, 2008, at her home in Prescott, Ariz. Private memorial service will take place at the family’s home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Breast of Friends (cancer awareness support group), P.O. Box 11207, Prescott, AZ 86304-1207, or the Susan G. Coleman Foundation, 2040 W. Bethany Home Road, Suite 20, Phoenix, AZ 85015. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements. ---------------------------------------- Arlene Ruth Crumley 11/4/1952 - 10/1/2008 Arlene passed away gracefully after a long battle with breast cancer the night of Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at her home surrounded by her family and friends. She was born November 4, 1952 to Frederick & Dorothy Platt in Hackensack, New Jersey. Arlene married her soul mate Steven on November 12, 1983 they shared 24 joyous years together. She lived in Arizona for about 30 years and in Yavapai County since 1992, previously in the state of New Jersey. She worked as a school teacher and was very proud to have taught the youth of today molding them into young responsible adults. Arlene enjoyed camping, kids, and bmx bike racing with her son Andrew. She was most proud of her family, sisters and the close friendships make throughout her life, Arlene will be greatly missed.....
