| Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, October 5, 2008 Richard G. Hamilton, 61, of Spring Valley, Ariz., born April 16, 1947, passed away on Oct. 1, 2008. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008, at Mountain of Faith Lutheran Church, 20135 E. Stagecoach Dr., Cordes Lakes, Ariz. -------------------------------------- Richard G. Hamilton 4/16/1947 - 10/1/2008 Richard Guy Hamilton, "Preacher", died on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, in his home in Spring Valley, Arizona. Born on April 16, 1947, in Cincinatti, Ohio, he was the son of Wesley G. and Jeanette (Wilburn) Hamilton. He was 60 years old. Richard was a member of the American Leagion Riders, and a student of Yavapai College in the medical field. He enjoyed welding, mechanics, fishing, and riding his Harley. He was very proud of the fact that, at age 60, he had completed 3 1/2 years of college. Richard is survived by his loving wife, Stella Marie Hamilton; children, Richard G. Hamilton, Jr., Josh Hamilton, and Cheyloh E. Hamilton; step-children, Jennifer M. Lewis, Benjamin Hubred, and Michael Hubred; sister Gloria Hamilton; grandchildren, Richard, Tristan, Caelan, and Daisy. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wesley G. and Jeanette (Wilburn) Hamilton, and his brother, Jack Wilburn. He will be greatly missed. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona. |
