| Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published on Friday January 7, 2011 - Steve E. Stone passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home in Lake Havasu City, AZ on January 4, 2011 at the age of 50. He was born on March 29, 1960 in Denver, CO to Jerry and Doris (Freel) Stone. Steve and his family moved to Lake Havasu City from Denver 22 years ago and worked for Unisource in the gas division. Steve is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Cheri; sons Kevin Stone and Kelly Stone of Lake Havasu City and Chaz Stone of Ault, CO; mother Jean Hauptman of Denver, CO; brother Bradley Stone of Denver, CO; sister Machel Sandfort of Boise, ID and four grandchildren, Jeff, Destiny, Trinity and Sienna. Steve was the kindest, caring and gentlest person and his family takes comfort in knowing he went to heaven in 2011. He was very much loved and will be missed by many. A celebration of Steve’s life will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Campbell’s Ranch. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made be made in Steve’s name to the Organ Donation and Transplant Association of America 108 Lakeshore Dr., Suite 440, North Palm Beach, FL 33408; Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405 or Western Arizona Humane Society, 1100 Empire Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404.
