On Oct. 9, 2008, God reached down and took our beautiful mother back up with Him. Helene G. Lare was born on Nov. 18, 1928, in Twin Falls, Minn.

She raised each one of her four children with love and patience. She loved her four grandsons and always hoped the best for them. She felt truly blessed with the addition of her two great-grandchildren.

Helene was always there to volunteer, play cards or just be with any of the many friends she had. As a Lion/Lioness member, she was very involved with many local events.

Helene was preceded in death by her two husbands; one son; and one grandchild.

Our mom always had a great smile that could melt even the hardest of hearts. She will be so dearly missed by everyone who knew her. But each of us will now have an angel who will be watching over us.

Thanks, Mom, for all the love you showed each and every one of us.

Her service will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, at the Chino Valley Senior Center.
