| The San Diego Union-Tribune, San Diego, Calif. Tuesday, September 27, 2005 BERMAN, MARY MEDIGOVICH - January 2, 1924 to August 29, 2005. Mary Berman, 81, of San Diego died August 29, from lung cancer. She was born in Bizbee, Arizona. In 1930 the mines closed and the Medigovich family moved to Phoenix. In 1942 they moved to San Diego where Mary met and married Phil Berman. She worked for SDG&E for 40 years. Mary is survived by three sisters; Olga Cox and Stella Davis of San Diego, Ruby Morgan of Lindsay, CA; one nephew, Michael; two nieces, Yvonne and Loretta, and their families. Mary was attentive to her family, loved animals, and enjoyed friendships with her neighbors. Services: At the gravesite, Greenwood Memorial Park, 4300 Imperial Ave., San Diego, 10 a.m. on October 15, 2005. |
