Edward G. Bunting was born Dec. 23, 1919 to Anna McCune and Edward G. Bunting.

"Pop" went to be with his wife of 53 years Marg on Oct. 17, 2008. He was surrounded by his children, Jim Bunting, Linda (Wayne) Hreha and Margaret Zolty.

He is also survived by his seven grandchildren Linda, Jennifer, John, David, Jim, Sarah and Michael; and six great grandchildren Kayleigh, Gibson, Carter, Jackson, Camden and Cassidy. They were the light of
his life.

Pop brought his family to Prescott 33 years ago where he started a small construction company. He knew the value of hard work and made sure we all learned that lesson. Pop's happiest times were spent with the kids and grandkids. He never missed a soccer or baseball game and made sure every holiday was a family event. He was always trying to get someone to cut firewood with him or head to the casino.

He was a father to everyone to the point that no one ever called him Mr. Bunting. He was and will always be "Pop."
