| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, February 27, 2005 Catherine C. Murray, nee Hines, died Feb. 18, 2005, in Hospice Care in Camp Verde. Born Jan. 21, 1951, in Bloomington, Ill., she grew up in Elk Grove Village, Ill., and was the widow of William N. Glab, Jr., and D. J. Murray. Survivors include sons, William N. Glab, III (Roanna) and Justin Murray; grandson, Nicolas D. Glab; Frank and Sue Hines; brother, Jeffrey (Ann) Hines; Sister, Jude; and six nephews and nieces.
