Kathryn Ann Hunt passed away on October 25, 2008 after a long battle with cancer. She was 67 years old. She joins her husband Robert Hunt who has preceded her in death, at the National Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. Kathryn worked as a librarian in the Health Care Indusrty and loved teaching, including hispanics to read through a program called LABOCK Way of Reading. She lived in Arizona for 20 years settling in Bagdad with her family. She was a member of the American Legion Wickenburg Post, and a board member for the Public Library in Bagdad. Kathryn enjoyed Learning new technology, gardening, and the companionship of her cat Sammie. She was proudest of her children and her students.

Kathryn is survived by her loving mother Jeanette Walters of Bagdad, Ariz; son, Carl and his wife Cathy Hunt of Los Lunas, N.M.; daughter, Melissa and husband Gary Taylor of Marana, Ariz.; brother, Jack and his wife Joann Walters of Chino Valley, Ariz.; sister, Sue Stangle of Phoenix, Ariz.; grandchildren, Kari, Kristen, Brian, Kelly and Conner.

A private Family Goodbye was held at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home.
