J., died Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott. Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 20, at Hampton Funeral Home, 240 S. Cortez St. Prescott. Graveside services will be on Thursday, April 25, at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Fort Collins, Colo. Arrangements by Hampton Funeral Home. |
