Mary Teresa McAfee, 56, of Bagdad, Ariz., born March 8, 1952, in Brooklyn, N.Y., passed away Nov. 5, 2008, at Hospice Family Care in Prescott, Ariz.

Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carleton in Prescott. Funeral mass is 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury St., Prescott.

Graveside Committal is at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, at Arizona Pioneer Home Cemetery, Iron Springs Road in Prescott.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.

Mary Teresa McAfee died on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, in Prescott, Arizona. Born on March 8, 1952, in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (O’Connor) Arment. She was 56 years old.

Mary was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in Bagdad. She enjoyed painting, fishing, cooking, and playing poker, and adored her wonderful grandchildren. She was most proud of her college degree.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Donald; daughters Teresa Baizel, Charise (Gary) Brewer, Tiphaney (Grant) Porter; sons Michael Whitlow, Donald (Linda) McAfee; sisters Kathleen (Dan) Neeley, Regina M. Arment, Bernadette (Jon) Lance; brothers Stephen (Susan) Arment, Arthur F. Arment, William (Heidi) Arment, Peter (Kim) Arment; grandchildren Donald, Stephen, Angie, Stasia, Dennis, Blaine, Zoe, and Matthew. She will be greatly missed.
