| Carol A. Peed, 69, of Cottonwood, AZ, died Sunday, October 1, 2006. Carol is survived by her daughter, Lynette Prouty, of Cottonwood and son, Darin R. Peed, of Round Mtn., NV. Surviving grandchildren include Jordan and Katelyn Prouty of Cottonwood, Mykal Peterson and Kevin and Destiny Peed of Round Mtn., NV. She is also survived by her brother Jerry Huffaker and his wife, Joyce of Mesa, AZ. Carol was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Peed and her son Kevin E. Peed. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 6, at 10 a.m. at the United Methodist Church of the Good Shepherd in Kearny. A burial service will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Hayden.
