| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, November 10, 2008 Herbert Fred Simmons, 71, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Nov. 21, 1936 in Hebron, Neb., passed away on Nov. 7, 2008 at Carl Hayden V. A. Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz. Memorial service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thurs., Nov. 13, 2008 at the Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, 8480 East Valley Road, Prescott Valley, Ariz. 86314. In lieu of flowers, donations to Bob Stump V.A. Medical Center, 500 Highway 89, Prescott, Ariz. 86313.
