| The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 30, 1997 Annie C. Oloff of Circle City died July 23. She was 76. Mrs. Oloff was born Oct. 10, 1920 in Etna, PA., and was a resident of Arizona for 54 years. Mrs. Olof was born to John and Mary Vulokovich, the eldest of five children. She graduated from Etna High School in Etna, Pa. During World War II, she was in the Army Air Corps (Air Force)., serving with the Red Cross. While stationed at Williams Air Force Base, Arizona, Mrs. Oloff met her future husband, George David Oloff. They married on Sept. 22, 1945. She and her husband ran a successful business in the community. She also was active in the Nadaburg School District. And was a member of the American Legion Post 29 in Glendale, Ariz. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Jerry and Diana Oloff of Twin Falls, Idaho; son and daughter-in-law George and Marilyn Oloff of Circle City; son Larry Oloff of Circle City; and grandchildren Jennifer, Melissa, Stephanie, Eric, Suzzette, Rodney, Josh and Glenn. Mrs. Oloff was preceded in death by her husband George in 1997 and daughter Marilee in 1993. Pallbearers at the funeral were Dan Jacobs, Ray Everett, Henry Lewis, George Black, Wesley Stier and Joshua Oloff. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 26 at St. Anthony’s of Padua Catholic Church in Wickenburg, with the graveside services at the Wickenburg Cemetery conducted by the American Legion Post 29 of Glendale and officiated by Father John Vogt. A rosary service was held at 7 p.m. Friday, July 25 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home Chapel. Contributions may be made in Mrs. Oloff’s name to a local American Legion.
