Glen Arlin McDonald, Jr., 61, was born in Oakland, Calif, in 1944. He passed away November 6, 2005, at the VA Hospital in Prescott, Ariz.

He was a Christian and attended Shamrock Church of Christ in Texas and Prescott Church of Christ in Prescott, Ariz.

He served in the Army in France and Korea during the '60s.

He traveled throughout the country competing in horse shows and training cutting horses. He was a generous man who never met a stranger, made friends wherever he went and could always make you laugh.

He is survived by his mother, Bernice McDonald, his sister, Donna Sturgis, and daughters, Angie Sholey, Kristy Weis and Tiffany Stasik, 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Glen Sr., his sister, Brenda Cook. and his son Beau.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, Nov. 11,2005, at 11 a.m. at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 W. Beardsley Road, Phoenix, Ariz.
