CECIL HARRINGTON, CALLED BY DEATH

Cecil Harrington, World war veteran and. justice of the peace at Wenden, passed away Thursday morning at 11 o'clock at St. Joseph’s hospital, Phoenix.

He was a resident of Arizona for 25 years and was very active in mining until a few years ago. He has been very active in county, state and national politics, and once held an appointment under President Roosevelt.

Mr. Harrington died after a long illness and had received several blood transfusions in the past week in a final attempt to save his life.

He is survived by a brother, Otto Harrington to Phoenix; a sister in San Diego. Calif.; a nephew and step sister in Phoenix.
Funeral services will be held in Phoenix Saturday.
