| The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 4, 1961 Father Of Local Man Dies Friday Funeral services were held in Flagstaff Tuesday afternoon for Emery E. Metzke, father of Harold P. Metzke of Wickenburg. Burial was in a Flagstaff Cemetery. Mr. Metzke died in that city Friday of last week. A native of Stratford, Wis., Mr. Metzke moved to Williams in 1934 where he worked for Saginaw Lumber Co., Nineteen years ago he moved to Flagstaff where he was with the Southwest Lumber Co. Other survivors are another son, Emery A. Metzke of Long Beach, Calif.; a brother, William, and a sister, Laura, whose addresses are unknown; and three grandchildren. See Also: Find a Grave |
