| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 7, 1966, p. 5 Mother of Mrs Craig Summoned Graveside services were held at 9 o’clock Monday morning in Double Butte Cemetery, Tempe, for Mrs Carrie E. Fike, age 87, mother of Mrs William E. (Betty) Craig of Wickenburg, who passed away the morning of July 4 in the Southside District Hospital, Mesa. Mrs Fike was a resident of Tempe at the time she entered the hospital. She had previously lived in Phoenix. She was born in Farmington, Mo., and had lived in Arizona since 1912. Other survivors include a daughter Mrs. Mary Alice Pigg of Tempe, a brother, Howard Matkin of Caro, Mich., six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. |
