Funeral Friday For Mrs Hanne

Rev. D. F. O’Sullivan will conduct a funeral mass in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church at 8 o’clock Friday morning for Mrs Mary Hanne who died of a heart attack in her home on North Jefferson Street at approximately 1 o’clock Tuesday morning. Rosary for the deceased was to be held at 8 p.m. Thursday at the Wickenburg Chapel.

Mrs Hanne had been in Community Hospital until last Saturday when she was moved to her home where her daughter, Mrs Glen Harris of Bucklin, Kan., a registered nurse, was caring for her.

Born in New Branford, Ont., Canada, April 20, 1882, Mrs Hanne came to the United States as a small child and lived first in Buffalo, N. Y., but spent most of her life in Kansas before coming to Wickenburg in 1939. She was married in Butte, Mont., to Homer E. Hanne who kidded in Kansas in 1937.

She was a member of St. Anthony’s Church, of the Altar Society of that church and Las Alegros Club.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs Glen Harris of Bucklin, Kan., Mrs Yvonne Koeppen of Wichita, Kan., and Mrs Betty Reazin of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.; five sons, Neil of Wickenburg, Robert (Pete) of Bagdad, William of Kansas City, Kan., Warren of China Lake, Calif., and Hugh of Bucklin, Kan.; and one brother, Cornelius O’Connor of Portland, Ore.
