Robert H. Milliken died April 18,2004, at his home in Prescott, Ariz., on the sixth anniversary of his beloved Doris' death. He was born in Muncie, Ind., on Nov. 9, 1925. Robert was 78 years old.

He and Doris moved to Prescott in 1991, from Fountain Valley, Calif. Robert was a true space age pioneer. His aerospace career spans the beginning with the Mercury Project all the way to working on Space Lab.

He enjoyed traveling, Dixieland Jazz, camping, fishing, and playing along with Jeopardy and The Millionaire.

He is survived by his daughter and her husband, Kathy and John; his sons and their wives, Joe and Jeannette, Ben and Betty, George and Leanne, and James; eleven grandchildren and numerous greatgrandchildren.

A private family service was held at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, followed by cremation at Bradshaw Crematory.
