Devon Lin Lopez Devon Lin Lopez died peacefully on February 25, 2007, in Flagstaff, Arizona. Devon was born in Port Sulfer, Louisiana, on July 3, 1957. She is preceded in death by her mother Pamela Jane Pavletich Esteve. Devon moved to Arizona in 1992, falling in love with the beauty, the endless outdoor activities it had to offer and her lifelong husband, John. She was an avid outdoorsman, hiker, camper and photographer. She cherished her pets, her plants and her family and friends. She had a place in her heart for her grandchildren as big as the sky and enjoyed nothing more than spending time with them. Devon was a charitable spirit that was taken to soon. Devon is survived by her husband John Lopez; her children, Kibby (Larry) Thomas of Flagstaff, Heather Lemons of Evansville, Indiana, Brandie Lopez of San Diego, California, and Wesley (Kathryn) Lopez of Phoenix, Arizona. Devon will be missed by her parents, Nelson and Mary Burton of Sam Rayburn, Texas; sister, Suzanne Young of Cypress, Texas, and sister, Brandy and brother Paul, both of Texas. She will be missed by her nine beautiful grandchildren, Francisco, Alicia, Dakota, Kory, Eayn, Issac, Xzander, Zane and Xavier. A memorial service will be in Flagstaff on Saturday, March 3, 2007.
