| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, May 10, 2005 Donna K. Appleton, 58, of Sedona died May 6. Private burial services were held. Westcott Funeral Home was asked to handle these arrangements. ~~~~~~~~~ The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ May 11, 2005 Donna Kaye Appleton, 58, a resident of Sedona died May 6, 2005. She was born Feb. 3, 1947, in Anadarko, Okla. Donna attended beauty school and worked as a receptionist and a waitress. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, playing cards and bingo. She leaves two daughters, Shelli Dickison and Denise Juricek, both of Sedona; her mother, Alice Lisk, of Cottonwood; a brother, Clint Lisk, of Phoenix; and two grandchildren. A private burial was held. A memorial service is set for May 13 at 5 p.m. at Mountain View United Methodist Church. See Also: Find A Grave |
