| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, November 20, 2008 Kammi Jeanette Brambila, 5-day-old infant daughter of Jonathan and Leone Brambila, died Nov. 18, 2008, at Phoenix Children's Hospital. She was born Nov. 13, 2008 in Prescott at Yavapai Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her parents, Jonathan and Leone Brambila of Prescott Valley; brother Mason Brambila; paternal grandfather and grandmother Frank and Patti Brambila of Prescott Valley; maternal grandmother Imogene J. Spurzem of Mesa, Ariz.; two paternal great-grandmothers, Beatrice Espitia and Frances Hostetler; three aunts; three uncles; and eight cousins. A Celebration of Life Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 2008, at the Sacred Heart Church, 150 Fleury Ave., Prescott, Ariz. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Phoenix Children's Hospital, 1919 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
