| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, November 20, 2008 Gerald Fines Brooks, age 87, died Nov. 19, 2008, in Prescott, Ariz. He was born Nov. 9, 1921, in Henritta, Okla., to Lonnie Brooks and Lidia Bromfield Brooks. Gerald was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps. He had worked as an electrician for 40 years as a journeyman. He enjoyed hunting, was very active and faithful in his church and had been a song leader. Survivors include his wife Helen Brooks; five children; 16 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 2008, at the First Assembly of God Church, 1455 Willow Creek Road, Prescott, Ariz. Arrangements were entrusted to Hampton Funeral Home.
