Daniel Ray Price, age 44, died June 3, 2006, in Mayer, Ariz., where he was shot and killed by the Yavapai County Sheriff Office. He was born May 2, 1962, in Denver, Colorado, to Donald and Eleanor (Davis) Price.

Daniel graduated in the First Class of Cactus High School in Phoenix, Ariz., in 1980. He worked as an over the road truck driver.

Daniel is survived by his parents, Donald and Eleanor Price of Spring Valley, Ariz.; daughter, Odessa of Scottsdale, Ariz.; his three brothers, Larry of Grand Junction, Colo., Thomas of Cordes Lakes, Ariz., and Ronald of Wickenburg, Ariz., Daniel will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial in honor of Daniel will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Highway 69 in Mayer, Ariz. A visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m. prior to the service for family and friends.
