Paulette Owen, 59 of Cottonwood, Ariz., died Nov. 11, 2008. She was born April 18, 1949, in Chattanooga, Tenn. to Willie C. and Minnie Jackson.

She studied nursing at Emory University for two years but had to leave to care for her son Keith who suffered with spina bifida, and preceded her in death. She was a devoted Marine wife to Jim Owen and loved her family, music, and wild life rehabilitation.

She is survived by her husband of 31 years, James; son Christopher Revels (Catherine) of Cottonwood; brother Nolan Randolth (Linda) of Chattanooga; sister Edith Alkins (Cecil) of Rindgold, Georgia; aunt Joul Gossit (Mitchell) of Madison, Fla.; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 15, at 2 p.m. at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave Cottonwood, Ariz.
