| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, September 29, 2011 Barbara (Babs) Jean Murray died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011, at age 70, at the home she shared with her daughter and family in Channahon, Ill. She was born July 26, 1941, in Salida, Colo., to parents Robert and Brita Hurd. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert L. Hurd of Las Vegas, Nev., and husband Larry C. Murray. She is survived by her sons Lance Murray of Prescott, Ariz., and Chris Murray of Grand Junction, Colo.; daughter Autumn Rucci and husband Michael of Channahon, Ill.; and grandchildren Krystal Davies, Branden Murray, Elijah Kimbrell and Sara Kimbrell, leaving behind a host of relatives and friends to mourn their loss. Barbara was a great, talented artist and enjoyed sharing her talent with family, friends and associates.
