Beverly Ann (Munnik) Dana, 69, a resident of Cornville, Ariz., died Oct. 6, 2008, in Cottonwood, Ariz. She was born Oct. 19, 1938, to Abe and Florence Munnik in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.

It was also in Wisconsin Rapids that she met and fell in love with George Dana; they were married May 28, 1966. Beverly was the co-owner of Dana Machine & Supply Company Inc. She was an active member of the Wisconsin Rapids Methodist Church.

Beverly resided in Stevens Point until moving to Cornville in 2003. She was active with the Cornville Historical Society. She was also an active member of the Sedona United Methodist Church, where a Memorial Service will be held on Monday, Oct. 13, 11 a.m. One hour prior to the service, there will time for gathering and visiting with the family.

Beverly leaves behind her husband, George Dana of Cornville, Ariz.; her son, Jeffrey Dana (Rose) of Sedona, Ariz.; her daughter, Vicki Dana - who will wed Colin Adney this Saturday, Oct. 11; and her two grandchildren.

Her mother, Florence Munnik of Carbondale, Colo.; and her sister, Judy Slattery (Bill) of Glenwood Springs, Colo., also survive her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to either the Cornville Historical Society or to the Sedona United Methodist Church-Music Department.
